About the movie:
Monsters, Inc.
tells the story of two monsters whose lives intertwine with that of a little girl, Boo, who accidentally
follows them back into the world of Monstropolis through her bedroom closet door. It turns out
that the screams of little children are what power the monsters' cities, but when one mean monster
wants to take those screams by force, it's up to Sulley and Mike to protect little Boo from his
dangerous plan.
Personal:
The WriterGroupie was absolutely charmed by this film the first time she
saw it in the theater. She thought it was the most gentle, sweet movie she had seen in a very
long time. She bought the movie as soon as it came out on DVD and was thrilled with all the
extras that came with the DVD such as the new short "Mike's New Car" and the 'Outtakes'.
