About the Author:
Sister of Anne Rice, Alice Borchardt started out as a romance writer but stepped into her
sibling's genre with her historical werewolf series starting with
The Silver Wolf.
Personal:
The WriterGroupie admits she picked up The Silver Wolf
out of curiosity as to how Borchardt's writing would compare to her sister's (a decades-long
favorite). She was very surprised and impressed with the quality of writing which she thinks
easily equals and possibly surpasses that of her more famous sibling. The WriterGroupie really
enjoyed the first two books in the series and hopes to have a chance soon to read the third book.
